Project: Refurbishment Works on amenity site at Gosford Forest Park

Client: Armagh, Banbridge & Craigavon Council

This project consisted of building refurbishment works to the shower and toilet block at Gosford Forest Park.  The works were completed successfully to the Council’s satisfaction.  The works area was situated within a caravan park, which required careful control of plant and materials.

Works involved:

Demolition and Structural Works

M&E upgrade works

Repacement of both storm and foul draiange systems

Installation of new toilets, shower cubicles and washing facilities

Reconfiguration of internal plan layout

New doors/frames installed, ceilings and flooring replaced.
