Project Description

Project: Fit Out Work for Fresh Focus Enniskillen

Client: Western Trust and Social Care Trust.

This project consisted of full refurbishment works to the second floor at Fresh Focus, Enniskillen.  The works were completed successfully to the Trust’s satisfaction.

Devity Contract Services carried out work to ensure the protection and continuous operation of the existing services. This included the installation of new lighting and additional emergency lighting in all areas andinstalling a new video intercom system. Existing plumbing installations were extended to suit the new layout. Provision of new Sanitary Ware which included toilet, wash hand basin, grab rails, water heater.

Self-levelling screed was applied to all existing floor area and new vinyl flooring was installed with a high cove skirting. The two office areas were completed by painting and decorating  all walls, doors,architraves, skirtings and frames and new carpet tiles were laid.

New Kitchen – Supply and fit of a new kitchen designed to meet the client’s requirement.
